Registered Coaches, to retrieve your roster click here.

• Enter your Coaches userid and password. (This will be the same userid and password used in setting up your children's account if you registered to coach at the the same time you registered your children.)
• Your personal account will appear in the left top corner of the page.
• Your team id number and team name will be listed.
• Click on the EDIT button next to the team name. Your roster will appear.
• Please disregard the player offer option on the page. It is not being used by our club.

Note from the President:

If you have been coaching for more than one year and still have not obtained an appropriate age level Coaching License as required by STYSA, AAYSA and NEYSO rules, please sign up ASAP or apply to STYSA for a waiver immediately.

All coaches who need licenses in order to attend Western District and State Playoffs must attend this clinic. According to STYSA rules, if a coach does not have a license they may not participate in playoffs or state tournaments. A team without a coach may not participate.

Remember that NEYSO will reimburse all registration fees for all state level licenses. Contact the Commissioner of Coaches for more information.

• Collect photos for ID cards.
• Prepare ID cards.

• Conduct parent meeting.
• Select a team manager/mom/dad/parent.
• Create a practice plan.
• Begin practice.
• Distribute schedule.
• Issue uniforms.
• Create an inclement weather plan for games and practices.
• HAVE FUN and LET THE KIDS PLAY!

PRACTICE FIELDS

Requests for practice field space should be submitted to Practice Field Request.

U11 and older teams are encouraged to use the Specht Road and NEYSO North fields for practice.

Teams desiring to practice at local schools or other fields must submit a request to NEYSO. The field and goals must be inspected prior to use.

McAllister Park Practice Fields

Teams wishing to practice at McAllister Park must submit a new request for Spring 2008 and may do so starting on January 15, 2008.

U10 and younger teams will receive first consideration at McAllister Park. U11 and older teams that practiced at McAllister Park in Fall 2007 will receive second consideration. Only after these teams have been accomodated will any new U11 teams be assigned space at McAllister Park.

We will be using the same field layout that was used in Fall 07.

Teams are still being formed and the assignments may change on a daily basis. Please use your assigned space and do not assume that you may use an empty field. Teams may decide to cancel practice on any given day on their own. Until the goals are set up use the approximate area that you are assigned.

If you do not see your team posted most likely it is because you have not submitted a new practice field request form for the Spring season.
