All requests for scholarship MUST be received prior registration deadline. NO requests after deadline will be accepted.

 

 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 

Q: What are the levels of play?
  1. Rec Division 4- all players that are U10 (under 10) and below that are playing Recreational soccer
  2. Academy/Developmental- all players U9-U10 that have registered to receive a higher level of instruction.
  3. Division 3- All players U11 and above that are playing at the recreation level
  4. Division 2- All players U11 and above that are playing on a competitive team listed as D2.
  5. Division SII- All players U11 and above that are playing on a competitive team listed as SII
  6. Division I- All players U11 and above that are playing on a competitive team listed as DI

 
Q: Where do my kids play?
A: Ages U5-U8 play at McAllister Park, located off Jones-Maltsberger just north of the Airport. Ages U9-10 teams play their home games at McAllister Park. U11-U18 teams will play their home games at the Specht Road Soccer Complex. Maps can be found on the FIELDS page.
Q: Where do my kids practice?
A: Ages U10 and younger practice at McAllister Park. Day and Time of practices are set by individual coaches. U11 and older teams have various practice locations and inquiring by individual team is necessary.  Maps can be found on the FIELDS page.
Q: Who will be the Coach?
A: Rec Division 4 - Ages U10 and younger, all coaches are volunteer parent-coaches. Ages 11 and older and Rec Academy/Developmental have a mixture of parent-coaches or trainers.
Q: Is a uniform provided?
A: Recreational Ages U5 – U10 recreational players will receive a quality game jersey at the beginning of every fall season.  Uniforms will be provided only to NEW players in the spring season so save those jerseys after the fall season!!  Notify the uniform coordinator for any questions or needs for replacement jerseys. 
Q: Can my son/daughter play with their friends?

A: NEYSO will make every attempt possible to honor player requests! Note on the online registration form that he/she would like to play with X player. We try to HONOR each player request; however we cannot guarantee the placement due to roster size limitations
