REFUND POLICY
Refunds in the amount of the player registration fee less a $25 administrative processing fee will be considered only if requested before player uniform issue. No refunds will be granted after uniform issue. Refunds will ONLY be issued if a family moves out of the San Antonio metropolitan area prior to the start of the season or if the child is unable to participate due to injury or illness prior to the season starting as documented by a physician. Conflicts with schedules are not grounds for a refund. If we are unable to place your child on a team, a full refund will be issued.
