Walk Up Registration
We have 2 dates for Walk up registration. They will be at:
Sideliners Grill (formerly Fatsos)

Saturdays, January 14 and February 4
11:00am - 2:00pm
These are the only days and times for walk up registration. No one will be at Sideliners any other time to take registration
so please do not try at any other times. If you can't make one of these 2 days you must register online.

COACHES
Please remember to register as a coach for Spring 20l2. All coaches must register for every season. Make sure to contact your age group commissioner if you or your assistant coach are not on your roster.

All registrations using a credit card will be charged a convenience fee
of 2.7% and a 2.00 per player online processing fee.
In addition to Cash and checks being accepted at NEYSO walkup registrations,
Credit card payments will now be accepted as well.
NOTE: Recreational players registering late regardless of whether RETURNING
or NEW will be placed on a team only if there is an opening. Late registrations
will have no guarantees of being placed back on their previous team or
with friends. So please register on time.
RETURNING PLAYERS please register using your previous username and password
OR register using your name, DOB and address. Login is on left hand side.
If having registration problems online, please be sure you are using the
left hand navigation link.
NEW PLAYERS must create a registration username and password, then proceed
with registration.
All coaches please remember you need to register every season for each
team you coach. Be sure to notify the appropriate age level commissioner
of your intention to coach so they can assign you to the team roster.

Note: Need-based scholarships are available, contacting us by e-mail at:
president@neyso.org Supporting documentation will be requested and must
be submitted prior to scholarship approval. All requests for scholarship MUST be received prior registration deadline. NO requests after deadline will be honored.

REFUND
POLICY
Before uniform issue, registration fee less $25 administrative processing
fee. No refunds after uniform issue. Refunds will ONLY be issued if a
family moves out of the San Antonio metropolitan area prior to start of
the season or if the child is unable to participate due to injury or illness prior to the season
as documented by a physician. Conflicts with schedules are not grounds
for a refund. If we are unable to place your child on a team, a full refund
will be issued. Refunds will be issued at the end of the season. To receive
a refund, requests must be in writing via email to registrar@neyso.org

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: What are
the levels of play?
• Rec Division 4- all players that are U10 (under 10) and below
that are playing REC
soccer
• Rec Academy/Developmental- all players U9-U10 that have spoken
to and been accepted to receive a higher level of instruction.
• Division 3- All players U11 and above that are playing at the
recreation level
• Division 2- All players U11 and above that are playing on a competitive
team listed as D2
• Division SII- All players U11 and above that are playing on a
competitive team listed as SII
• Division I- All players U11 and above that are playing on a competitive
team listed as DI
Q: How much are the fees?
A: Fees are listed above on this page.
Q: Where do my kids play?
A: Ages U10 and younger play at McAllister Park, located
off Jones-Maltsberger just north of the Airport. Ages 11 and older play
their home games at the Specht Road or Sitterle Soccer Complex fields,
both located near Bulverde, near Highway 281 and Borgfeld Road. Maps can
be found on the FIELDS page.
Q: Where do my kids practice?
A: Ages U10 and younger usually practice at McAllister
Park, however, practice locations are located throughout the North and
North East Side. Time, location and frequency are up to the Coach. Maps
can be found on the FIELDS page.
Q: Who will be the Coach?
A: Rec Division 4 - Ages U10 and younger, all coaches
are volunteer parent-coaches. Ages 11 and older and Rec Academy/Developmental
have a mixture of parent-coaches or trainers.
Q: Is a uniform provided?
A: Rec Division 4 - Ages U5 – U10 receive a quality
game jersey with number on the back. Division three players at U11 and
above also receive a quality game jersey with number on the back. Shorts
and socks are not provided.
Q: Can my son/daughter play with their friends?
A: Absolutely! Note on the online registration form that
he-she would like to play with X player. We try to place each player with
their request; however we cannot guarantee the placement due to roster
size limitations.
